Just a few days back Google announced the size limit of the video upload on the biggest video site “YouTube” to 2GB from 1GB before. Since then people have been desiring the increase in the timelimit as well. So Google just listened to them and in the blog post announced that YouTube is increasing their video upload time limit from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
